[Farmhouse Recipe] Octopus Ajillo
Ingredients
- 3 clove Garlic
- 50 grams Octopus
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Thinly slice the garlic into about 2 mm thick and the octopus into 5 mm thick.
- Put the olive oil and garlic in a saucepan.
- Cook over a medium heat.
- When the garlic releases its aroma, add the octopus and salt.
- Simmer for about 1 minute.
- It's ready to serve.
- Dip the baguette in this oil and enjoy.
