[Farmhouse Recipe] Chilled Tofu with Crispy Chirimenjako Fish
Ingredients
- 1 block Silken tofu
- 10 grams ChirimenJako - salted semi-dried tiny fish
- 3 leaves Green shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 add (to taste) Soy sauce
Instructions
- Top the tofu with the crispy chirimen jako and finely julienned shiso leaves.
- Drizzle on some soy sauce to taste and serve.
