Ingredients
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Crackers
- 8 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts (I Use Boneless And Skinless Chicken Breasts)
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 4 whole Green Onions
- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 8 ounces
- weight Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 cubes Chicken Bouillon Granules
Instructions
- Combine cracker crumbs and taco seasoning, stirring well.
- Roll chicken in cracker crumbs and place in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
- Saute green onions in butter in a skillet until tender.
- Stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
