Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes
- undrained
- 1 lb cheese
- cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 bunch hot pepper or 1 bunch tamale
- 1 cup cilantro
Instructions
- Combine undrained tomatoes, cilantro and cheese in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted completely and mixture is blended, stirring after 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle additional cilantro on top if desired.
- Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or cut-up fresh vegetables.
