Ingredients
- 32 oz bag of frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
- 1 lb bacon cut in into pieces fried & drained
- 1 lb of the sausage crumbled browned and a drained
- 1 the green bell pepper diced
- 3/4 extra sharp shredded cheese
- 12 Eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 of a teaspoon of dry mustard
- 1 salt and pepper
Instructions
- Layer the frozen potatoes,green bell pepper & cheese in the crockpot repeat for 2 or 3 more layers.
- Beat the milk & 12 eggs ,and mustard salt and pepper together.
- Pour over the whole mixture cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
