Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 large onion
- chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can carrots
- drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans green beans
- drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans corn
- drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans navy beans
- drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- cook the pink out of the ground meat,crumbling it with a fork as it cooks.
- put it into a 4 qt pot.
- add everything else and simmer on low,overnight.
- cool and portion and freeze.
