Eye-Protecting Mango Dream
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- fresh and washed
- 1 banana
- frozen
- 1 cup mango
- peeled and chopped
- 6 almonds
- 1 cup soymilk or 1 cup rice milk
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
