Ingredients
- 80 grams Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 40 grams Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 60 grams Sugar
- 1 dash Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs.
- Add the sugar in three batches and whisk until the batter is thick.
- The batter should be thick like ribbons.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Whisk a little bit.
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder and fold in with a rubber spatula (until no longer floury).
- Pour into the cups about 60-70% full, and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
- It's delicious right out of the oven or the next day!
