Ingredients
- 1 Plantain
- 1 tsp Garlic
- minced
- 2 tbsp Pork Skins or Bacon (crushed)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Oil (enough to fry the plantain)
Instructions
- Peel, cut in rounds and in a pan add the oil and fry the plantain...
- When the plantain is done, take them out of the oil and mash them.
- Add the olive oil, pork skins or bacon, and the garlic to the plantain.
- Mash it very well.
- Serve and enjoy!
