Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 ounce chocolate unsweetened
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar granulated
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Combine ingredients to form cake batter.
- Pour into vertical cake pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Once cool, pour any chocolate trimmings if you want.
