Ingredients
- 8 eggs (beaten)
- 2 potatoes (boiled and sliced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
Instructions
- The ingredients in brackets can be added to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Fry the onions until properly glazed.
- You can also fry bacon bits and mushrooms with the onions if you want.
- Peppers can also be added if wished.
- Layer the boiled and sliced potatoes in an oven dish.
- When the onions (and whatever else you have fried up) are ready, add to the potatoes.
- In a bowl beat the eggs with a little bit of milk our water.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the potatoes and onions.
- Cook in the oven until the eggs have set.
