Eggs on Turkish Bread with Dukkah

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • olive oil spray
  • 450g loaf Turkish bread
  • cut in half lengthways then into 4
  • 1/3 cup JL KRAFT Eggplant & Garlic Deli Spread
  • 20g baby rocket leaves
  • 2 roasted red capsicum fillets
  • 2 tablespoons dukkah

Instructions

  1. Lightly fry or poach the eggs to your liking, keep warm.
  2. Spray Turkish bread with oil then cook under a preheated grill for 1-2 minutes each side until golden.
  3. Place a piece of Turkish bread on each serving plate.
  4. Spread with Deli Spread then top each with some rocket, roasted capsicum and an egg.
  5. Sprinkle with dukkah, top with another piece of Turkish bread and serve immediately.
