Eggless Jam Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 c. butter
• softened
• 2 c. buttermilk
• 2 c. sugar
• 5 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 teaspoon cloves
• 1 c. applesauce
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 c. pecans
• 1 c. blackberry jam
• 1 c. raisins
• 3 tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

1. Add in soda with buttermilk.
2. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a tube pan for 1 hour 45 min at 325 degrees.
