Egg Spring Rolls for Cherry Blossom Viewing Bentos

Ingredients

• 5 Eggs
• 8 Spring roll wrappers
• 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 sprinkle Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. First, make some hard-boiled eggs.
2. Make them nice and hard.
3. Once boiled, peel off the shell and mash.
4. I use a fork for this.
5. Mix in the mayonnaise and sugar, and add salt and pepper to taste.
6. I think quite a strong flavour is best.
7. Wrap the egg mixture in the spring roll wrappers and deep fry!
8. They're ready!
