Egg Nog Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 env. Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks with 1/2 c. sugar and salt.
- Add in warm water gradually and cook in double boiler, stirring constantly.
- Soften gelatin in cool water, add in to the custard and stir till the gelatin is dissolved.
