Egg Nog Chiffon Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. dairy eggnog
- 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin softened in 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- whipped
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Baked pie shell
Instructions
- Heat eggnog in saucepan just to boiling point; remove from heat, add in gelatin.
- Whip cream.
- Whip egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar; mix in whipped cream, then cooled eggnog mix.
- Pour in baked pie shell and chill.
