Egg Liqueur / Eggnog Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 60 g flour
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 120 ml egg liqueur
- 60 g cornflour
- 90 g icing sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar (8 g)
- 12 sachet baking powder (8g)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases and fill cases two thirds-full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
