Egg, Ham and Cheese Open Faced English Muffin
Ingredients
- 1 English muffin
- 2 eggs
- beaten
- 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese
- shredded
- 2 slices ham
- cut into fours
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, and scramble fry them, top with cheese.
- Meanwhile, toast the english muffin and butter.
- And heat the ham in a frying pan.
- To serve, put the english muffin halves on a plate and top with ham, and top with egg.
- Serve any kind of side, hashbrowns or rice.
