Ingredients

  • 50 grams Cornmeal
  • 50 grams Cake flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 20 grams Beet sugar
  • 20 grams Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 35 grams Milk

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix together with a whisk.
  2. Add the olive oil and use your hands to mix it in by rubbing together.
  3. Gradually add the milk and bring the dough together (add as much milk as needed.)
  4. Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2-3 mm and poke holes.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180C oven (the baking time will vary on the thickness of the cookies).
