Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- fried & crumbled
- 8 to 10 slices white bread
- crusts removed
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- shredded
- 1 doz. Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- After frying bacon, grease a 9 x 13 inch pan with oil.
- Arrange bread to create single layer covering bottom of pan.
- Next layer is bacon; then sprinkle cheese.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour over everything.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour (uncovered).
- Don't overcook.
- Serves 10 to 12.
