Ingredients
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 1 dash Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Beet sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Sift the cake flour and salt into a bowl, and mix well with a whisk.
- Then add the oil and, using your palms, rub it into the dry ingredients until it resembles fine panko.
- Add the ingredients to the Step 1 bowl, and bring together into a dough, taking care not to over-knead.
- Spread out some plastic wrap on your work surface and place the dough on top.
- Roll it out with a rolling pin, then fold over and roll again - repeat this rolling and folding process several times.
- Roll out to 3 mm thick and stamp out cookies.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15-20 minutes.
