Ingredients
- 1 packages Weber white wine & herb marinade
- 1 lb Ground beef (or more)
- 1 onion
- chopped
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 egg (add more if you have more meat)
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion powder
- 1 a little salt.
Instructions
- You may have to change the amount of some of the ingredients cause truth be told, I don't measure everything all the time.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Roll meat in a ball (about 2 inches).
- Pat into 1/2 inch put a little dip in the middle of pattie.
- Pepper both sides(you'll notice if you follow my recipe's I love pepper) .
- Place patties in pan.
- Turn only one time.
- If you're add cheese turn again and place cheese on the patties.
- I like potatoe bread with my burgers.
- And any dressings you want.
- Bacon, tomatoes, pickles, onions, lettuce, mushrooms, avocado:-/ , barbecue sauce it's your burger Enjoy!
