Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Meal
- 1 whole Boboli Thin Pizza Crust (10 Ounce Package)
- 4 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 ounces
- weight Turkey Pepperoni
- 5 slices Thin Deli Cut Ham
- Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
- 1/2 cups Cooked Italian Turkey Sausage (in Small Pieces)
- 1 can Sliced Mushrooms (4 Ounces)
- 1/2 cups Sliced Black Olives
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- For the pizza sauce:
- Add the tomato sauce into a medium sized bowl.
- Next, add the spices and herbs.
- Stir together.
- Set aside.
- For the pizza:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Sprinkle the cornmeal on a baking sheet or pizza pie pan.
- Lay the Boboli pizza crust on top of the corn meal.
- With a medium to large size spoon, add about half of the pizza sauce over the top of the Boboli crust (add more if you like a lot of sauce).
- Spread the sauce over the crust with the back of the spoon.
- The remaining sauce can be used for making small size pizzas on English muffins or slices of sourdough bread.
- Or it can be frozen for future use.
- Add the ricotta cheese in small pieces around the entire pizza.
- Then add the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the pizza.
- Next, lay the pepperoni around the entire pizza.
- Then add pieces of the ham, sausage, mushrooms, and black olives over the entire pizza.
- Top with the parmesan cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the middle of the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are slightly golden.
