Ingredients

  • 12 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • packed
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 -2 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or use ginger powder)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk all ingredients together until no brown sugar granules remain.
  2. Pour over chicken, beef or pork.
  3. Marinate a minimum of 6 hours or up to 24 hours.
