Ingredients
- 120 grams White flour
- 40 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 60 grams Melted butter (melted margarine)
- 200 grams Sweet potatoes
- 1 pack Heavy cream
- 30 grams Sugar
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Combine all of the tart ingredients in a bowl.
- With a spatula, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and pierce small holes in the bottom to prevent the crust from puffing up.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into 2cm cubes.
- Steam the potatoes with a steamer or a microwave.
- Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix in the sweet potatoes.
- Take the crust out from the oven and pour the filling into it.
- Bake again at 180C for 20 minutes.
- When the surface becomes golden brown, it is done .
