Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound chicken breast halves

- skinless boneless
- skinless
- cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 package herb stuffing mix chicken flavor
- 13 cup sour cream
- 1 can soup
- cream of chicken
- 16 ounce mixed vegetables frozen
- thawed
- drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Follow the directions on the stuffing mix to prepare.
- Mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and frozen vegetables in a 13x9-inch baking dish and top with the stuffing mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
