Ingredients
- 100 grams Pasta
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 slice Bacon
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 slice *Easy-melting cheese
- 1 *Egg yolk
- 50 ml *Milk
- 1 *Coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the onion and garlic, cut the bacon into 1 cm strips.
- Break up the cheese into chunks.
- Mix together the * ingredients.
- Heat garlic in oil, then add the onion and bacon and stir fry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Boil the pasta.
- Once boiled, add to the pan from Step 2 and toss.
- Turn off the heat!
- Add the * ingredients into the pan and mix until thickened.
- If it doesn't thicken, heat while stirring over low heat.
- Enjoy!
