Easy Roast Beef And Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 (3-5 lb.) beef roast
• 1 env. dry onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

1. Place roast on heavy piece of foil.
2. Empty soup mix over roast.
3. Add in mushroom soup.
4. Seal the foil and place on a shallow baking pan.
5. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min per lb..
6. Serves 8.
