Easy Ribs with Sriracha Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork spareribs
  • 1 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. each Italian seasoning and ground black peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup BULLS-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce", "2 Tbsp. brown sugar", "2 Tbsp. soy sauce", "1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place ribs in single layer on large sheet heavy-duty foil.
  3. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and pepper.
  4. Rub spice mixture evenly onto both sides of ribs.
  5. Bring up foil sides, double fold top and ends to seal packet.
  6. Bake 1 hour.
  7. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients and heat grill to medium heat.
  8. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
  9. Transfer ribs to grill; brush with half the sauce mixture.
  10. Grill 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
