1 large can of pumpkin pie mix Libbys", "2/3 cup or 5 fl oz . evaporated milk", "2 large eggs beaten", "1 unbaked 9 inch. deep dish pie shell frozen or make your own", "dash of cinnamon", "dash of nutmeg", "1 a splash of vanilla
Instructions
Mix pumpkin pie mix evaporated milk and eggs in large bowl or mixer.
Add in the cinnamon nutmeg and vanilla while mixing .
Optional
Pour into pie crust .
Careful not to over fill !
Keep a bit below the top ring or it will burn your crust .
Pre heat oven to 425 bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
