Ingredients
- 150 grams Pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 dash less than 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 200 ml Water
- 2 Soft poached egg (or raw)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan on a low heat and fry the ginger.
- Once it is aromatic, add the onions and saute.
- After the onion has wilted, add the pork.
- Fry until golden brown over medium heat.
- When it has become golden brown, pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- After it starts to boil, add the ingredients and simmer a little longer.
