Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup palm oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 180C.
- Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Then, add eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and almond extract.
- Mix it all together until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into cupcake cups or tin molds.
- Sprinkle with chocolates, peanuts or whatever you prefer.
- Bake for 15 mins in 180C or until mixture no longer sticks to the toothpick.
- Let it cool and serve.
