Easy Never Fail Baked Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cup rice
- 4 cup boiling water
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 chopped parsley (to taste)
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place the rice in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Add the salt and boiling water.
- Stir, cover, and bake the rice for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- Stir in the butter and chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
