Ingredients

  • 2 cup rice
  • 4 cup boiling water
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 chopped parsley (to taste)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place the rice in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. Add the salt and boiling water.
  4. Stir, cover, and bake the rice for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
  5. Stir in the butter and chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
