Easy Natto Omurice Loved by Kids

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Warm cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pack Natto (small beans)
  • 1/2 Green onions (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pack Dashi stock granules
  • 1 Sesame oil
  • 1 Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan.
  2. Stir-fry the rice and green onion.
  3. Mix all ingredients and mix them into the cooked rice.
  4. After everything is mixed and cooked, transfer onto a serving dish.
  5. Pour the natto, the accompanying sauce, and the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
  6. Heat a slightly decent amount of sesame oil in a frying pan and pour in the eggs.
  7. Stir the eggs lightly with a rubber spatula - it'd be much easier than using chopsticks.
  8. Slide the egg from Step 4 on top of the rice.
  9. Serve with mayonnaise and enjoy!
