Ingredients
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- softened
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- softened
- 1 cup tightly packed arugula
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs (cilantro
- mint and parsley)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
Instructions
- Process first 3 ingredients in food processor until blended.
- Add arugula, herbs, chives and Worcestershire sauce; pulse until blended.
- Shape into ball.
- Roll in nuts.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
