Ingredients
- 1 Eggplant (slim Japanese type)
- 3 Green onion
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 piece Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a dish.
- Cut the eggplant lengthwise into 2 or three pieces and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
- Cut the green onions in the same way.
- Wrap with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave until wilted (3-4 minutes).
- Marinate in Step 1's marinade and mix until evenly coated.
- Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator and serve.
- I used this fat eggplant.
- If you use a thin eggplant, I suggest using a few.
