Ingredients
- 8 slice Pork slices (for ginger pork
- about 2 mm thick)
- 2 slice Sliced cheese
- 4 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 Panko
- 1 Egg
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Grated pepper
Instructions
- Cut the cheese and shiso leaves in half.
- Sandwich the shiso leaves and cheese between the pork slices.
- Mix the katakuriko and pepper, spread in a shallow container, and coat the pork.
- Coat the cutlets with beaten egg and panko, and fry as you would regular tonkatsu.
