Ingredients
- 14 vanilla wafers
- 4 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. commercial lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can strawberry canned pie filling
Instructions
- Line muffin pans with paper liners.
- Place a vanilla wafer in each c.. Set pans aside.
- Beat cream cheese with electric mixer till light and fluffy; gradually add in 2/3 c. sugar and mix well.
- Add in Large eggs and vanilla, beating well.
- Spoon mix into liners filling 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
- Cold.
