Ingredients
- 2 cup rice
- 1 kg Haddock
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 medium onions
- finely chopped
- 1 large green pepper
- finely chopped
- 50 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Boil rice until cooked, strain and set aside.
- Fry the onions and green pepper in a hot frying pan with the olive oil until light brown, then set aside.
- Put the haddock in a pot, add the paprika and cover with water.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes and then strain.
- Flake the haddock with a fork into big chunks and de bone.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large pot over a meduim heat.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Keep stirring for about 5 minutes while on meduim heat.
