Ingredients
- 15 ounces philly beef steaks
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- 12 cup cucumber
- peeled and chopped
- 12 cup feta cheese
- crumbles
- 2 tablespoons dill fresh or 2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup lettuce
- shredded
- 12 tomatoes
- chopped
- 24 kalamata olives
- seedless and sliced
- 3 -4 pita bread
- sliced and toasted
Instructions
- Cook Philly Beef to package directions, set aside.
- In bowl combine yogurt, cucumbers, feta, dill, garlic and salt.
- Spread, mixture on the inside of pitas.
- (like mayo).
- Add a helping of beef, then shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
- Top with more cucumber feta sauce and olives.
- Enjoy!
