Easy Grasshopper Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • melted
  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • whipped

Instructions

  1. Mix crumbs and butter.
  2. Press mix onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Chill.
  4. Microwave marshmallows and creme de menthe in large microwave safe bowl on high 1 to 2 min or possibly till smooth when stirred, stirring every minute.
  5. Chill 20 min or possibly till slightly thickened.
  6. Mix in whipped cream, spoon into crust.
  7. Freeze till hard.
  8. Garnish with jelly beans and coconut.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
