Ingredients
- 1 Canned fruit (I used tangerines this time)
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 50 ml Hot water
- 350 grams Syrup from the canned fruit +water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- In a small pot, pour 50g of hot water and sprinkle the gelatin.
- Swirl the pot and melt the gelatin.
- Add water to the syrup from the can so that it'll be 350g.
- Add syrup and water mixture and sugar to the pot.
- Turn on the heat to medium and mix well, scraping off the bottom of the pot.
- When it starts to simmer, turn off the heat.
- Add fruit.
- Transfer the fruit to the serving glass bowls.
- Pour in the gelatin mixture and chill until set.
- Done!
