Ingredients

  • 100 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml Water (to form the dough)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta dough.
  2. To make it yourself, as well as various sauces, refer to.
  3. Stretch the dough out thinly and cut into flat strips.
  4. Wrap the dough around something thin, like a knitting needle (I used chopsticks).
  5. It's faster to spin the needle around and around.

  9. Sauce really coats the pasta well between the spirals.
