Ingredients
- 1 Rice noodles
- 1/3 Chicken
- 1 Vegetables (leafy greens
- mizuna
- leeks
- etc)
- 300 ml Water
- 1/2 clove * Garlic
- 1/2 knob * Ginger
- 1 tsp * Chicken soup stock granules
- 1/3 tsp * Salt
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Sesame oil
- ra-yu
- oyster sauce
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables to 5 cm pieces.
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Slice the garlic and ginger.
- Heat the water and stir in the * ingredients and chicken for the soup.
- Boil the noodles and serve on a plate with the vegetables.
- Pour in the soup and squeeze the lemon juice.
- Season with sesame oil or other sauce of your choice to finish.
