- 1 cup BAKERS ANGEL FLAKE Coconut", "1 cup pitted dates", "1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Use pulsing action to process nuts in food processor until finely chopped.
- Add remaining ingredients; pulse until remaining ingredients are finely chopped and mixture is well blended.
- Press into parchment-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Freeze 1 hour.
