Ingredients
- 1 12 lbs lean hamburger
- 1 lb of hot sausage
- 2 (15 ounce) cansof light red kidney beans
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 3 chopped serrano peppers
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons cumin
Instructions
- brown hamburger and sausage in skillet.
- drain fat from meats.
- in crockpot mix all ingrediants togeter
- cook on high for 4 hours and then reduce to low for an additional 2 hours stirring occasionaly.
