Easy chocolate molten lava cakes

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup chocolate
• 1/2 cup plain flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 232F
2. melt butter and chocolate over a double broiler
3. crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk in sugar than add vanilla
4. mix chocolate mixture into egg mixture and combine.
5. add flour and mix
6. spray oil ramekins and fill 2/3 full
7. place in the oven for 8-12 minutes
8. eat in ramekins or turn out onto plate and serve with icecream
