Ingredients
- 8 whole Chicken Drumsticks
- 13 cups Mustard
- 8 slices Bacon Or Pancetta
- 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Divided
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Sage
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cups White Wine
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken then remove the skin.
- With a sharp knife, make four 1-inch cuts.
- Coat each drumstick in mustard, letting the mustard seep inside each cut.
- Next up, grab some bacon or pancetta and wrap one slice around each chicken drumstick.
- Place the chicken into a baking tray coated with a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Grab the garlic, sage, rosemary, black pepper and salt and sprinkle on the chicken.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
- Pour in the white wine and bake for about 45-60 minutes at 180 degrees C (375 degrees F).
- Serve the chiken warm with whatever side that makes your skirt fly up!
- I had some broccoli in the fridge so I just sauteed them with some salt and garlic and my dinner was ready!
