Ingredients
- 24 ounces chicken breast halves
- boneless
- skinless 4 x 6 ounce breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon italian herbs oregano and basil
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese 8 slices
- 28 ounces marinara sauce use your favorite
- 1/2 pound spaghetti cooked
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
- Coat a 13 by 9 inch baking dish/pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the marinara Sauce, mushrooms and Italian herbs to blend and cover the mushrooms with sauce.
- Placed the 4 Chicken Breast halves in the baking dish and cover each breast with 2 slices of Mozzarella Cheese staggered.
- Cover the chicken and cheese with the marinara and mushroom mixture.
- Sprinkle the top with Shredded Parmesan Cheese and added Italian Spices to taste, if desired.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti.
- East and tasty as can be.
