Easy Chicken Breast Lemon Saute

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Sliced chicken breast
  • 1 Flour (cake flour)
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp White wine
  • 1 tsp Soup stock granules
  • 5 leaves Italian parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper (not listed), then cut into your preferred size.
  2. Coat with flour and set aside.
  3. Mix together the ingredients marked
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then saute the flour-coated chicken until both sides are lightly browned.
  5. Once browned, add the mixed sauce from Step 2.
  6. When the meat is evenly coated and the sauce has started to thicken, remove from the heat and add the minced parsley to finish.
